MOSTEIROS, It's a beautiful village known for its natural pools, the black sand beach, and its fantastic sunset.

Approximately 15 km from Sete Cidades, and 30 km from Ponta Delgada City (airport), in Mosteiros you will find everything you need to spend a few quiet days.

The pools have a stable year-round temperature between 18 and 25 degrees,  and the Beach is known as an excellent spot for surfing, bodyboarding, Kayaking and windsurfing.  

Along the coast you can also do some amazing snorkeling, diving, fishing,  and whale watching. However, if you are more a hiking person, go for a walk in "Pedra Queimada" to enjoy the fantastic view.

There is local restaurants and coffee shop for quick meals, or to taste typical dishes.

In Mini-Mercado Banda d’Além, you will find all kinds of grocery and supermarket products for your stay, without having to go to the nearest city.
